The crowns of Croswald

This was a book I found on Netgalley which is a website where book reviewers can find books to read and review! This book reminded me a lot of Harry Potter for some reason (thats a good thing) It was a bit hard to follow at the start but it got easier to understand as it went on. Ivy is raised in the slurry fields as a kind of maid for a royal. Ivy dreams of being a scrivenest one day so Ivy's best friend called Rimbrick encourages her to run away. Someone picks her up to whisk her away to a school to teach young people to be royals or scrivenests. when you read it you will quickly pick up what a scrivenest is :). She meets some friends and she has a big adventure! as i said it reminds me of Harry Potter a bit I don't know if you will think that too or well... I don't know. It was a great fantasy book. I don't normally like fantasy but It was just so cool I couldn't help loving It! You can get this book on NetGalley, or in stores!
